Data Collection: To facilitate secure attendance tracking, the "Co Attduty" app requires access to your device's camera to capture live images of your face.

Purpose and Use: We use these images solely for Identity Verification. The app utilizes on-device machine learning to map your facial features and compare them against your registered profile picture. This ensures that only authorized personnel can mark their attendance.

Storage and Sharing: Your privacy is paramount. All facial recognition processes occur entirely locally on your device. The live images and biometric data (facial feature maps) are never transmitted to our servers, are never stored permanently on your device, and are strictly never shared with any third parties. We only transmit the final success or failure status of your attendance punch to our secure servers.

Data Retention: Live facial data is processed in temporary memory and is instantaneously destroyed the moment the identity verification process is completed.
